My Solemnisation Venue - Tong Le Private Dining

I'm glad we finally settle down everything for our solemnization. Both of us don't want to spend too much time and effort so we wanted to have solemnization in ROM initially. After consult friends, they all suggest holding solemnization out of ROM because it's one of the lifetime experience!

Our Solemnization Venue - Tong Le Private Dining
Since we were not in Singapore, we didn't go any site visit before making the decision. Fortunately, the restaurant Tong Le Private Dining is as good as the photos they sent to us. Both of us like the view surrounding Marina Bay and the idea of revolving restaurant which allow us to enjoy 360 degree view during solemnization. In addition, the location is convenient. Only a few minutes walk to Singapore icon - Merlion which I highly recommend to people who have family from overseas having small solemnization here.

Things Doesn't Go as our Expectation....
Nevertheless, things are not as perfect as we expect. We realize site visiting is very important. Though we were not in Singapore, we should let our family go there to see in advance. Few days before solemnization, we go Tong Le Private Dining to ensure everything is under our plan. However... we just realized the solemnization table is out of the private room beside common corridor of the restaurant which no one told us in advance. We have to do solemnization not only in front of our family, but also with other people in the restaurant.

After discuss with the staff, it's not allow to move solemnization table inside the private room. Having no choice, we decide to do solemnization in the dining table inside the private room.

Flower Decoration
Luckily, the flower decoration save the day! Our florist - With Every really did an awesome job! Without With Every flower decoration, I cannot imagine how plain the dining table and our solemnization would be. These flowers also make the room more warm and vivid. The color and flowers are exactly the same as what we request. Highly recommended!!



One Thing We Regret - Not Having a Photographer
Never save on photographer. 😞Photographer plays an important role in whole ROM process. We only realized after we found all photos taken that day is not nice. Both of us are busy on going through the process so we don't even have time to take photos for only 2 of us. My advise is you can save on make up, dress and even flowers, but don't save on photographer. No matter how, photos are the best way to keep your memories in your mind. 

Tong Le Private Dining Is Still a Good Place for ROM
Though the Solemnization venue is not as perfect as we expected, I still recommend Tong Le Private Dining as a good place for small, intimate, warm and affordable solemnization.

Communication Is the Key

Communication is always the key in every relationship. Before I married Singaporean, I was confident of this relationship. Not only because I've ever been here for exchange program but also I always have a good communication and few argument with my hubby. However, things are not that straightforward.
